Atari Teenage Riot were a band who basically pioneered the (still mostly unknown) digital hardcore genre. it's exactly as it sounds: lo-fi punk / hardcore music with a strong focus on beats. obviously since Alec Empire is in the band the electronic work is closest to breakcore.
